Pub rooms...... comfy bed, soft pillows, no aircon but wide verandahs and helpful manger and kitchen staff. 65 for a single..... i think i might have got played as single rates lower at the other pub and in the next town. But hey .... hotel monto pub ..... if you are tired.... stop and stay .... better to arrive at your destination safe rather than not at all!
Basic down to earth pub with friendly staff including a backpacker from New Mexico. Nightly meal specials for $10 (steak one night, lamb shank another) or $12 (senior chicken salad) were excellent. Always good when you go for the second time and the manager recognises you. Definitely recommended.

Friendly staff happy to help..just didn't have milk in the fridge for my brekky and coffee. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower.
